'A 57-year-old Paradise Point man, who is a patched member of the Rebels OMCG, was given a notice to appear in relation to the offence of selling liquor without a licence.
'He is expected to appear on August 12 before the Southport Magistrates Court.
'Investigations are ongoing.'
Police ay that Taskforce Vanguard is a joint policing response comprising officers from the South Eastern police region and State Crime Command's Major and Organised Crime Squad, Taskforce Hydra and the State Firearm Investigation Team.
The taskforce had been formed to target outlaw motorcycle clubs on the Gold Coast and across the South Eastern Region.
