Bomb explodes at bikie gang's Dandenong clubhouse
Bandidos MCBY: CAMERON LUCADOU-WELLS
Australia - A BOMB exploded outside an outlaw bikie gang's clubhouse in Dandenong overnight.
Police arson and explosive squad detectives are investigating outside the Bandidos chapter's clubhouse in a gated industrial estate in Dunn Crescent this afternoon.
Police say they were told of the incident about noon.
Detective Sergeant Lionel Joseph said no one was injured in the blast outside the clubhouse's steel-armoured front door, within an alley of roll-a-door fronted factories surveilled by a cluster of closed-circuit cameras.
As pictures taken by the Dandenong Journal show, there was visible damage to a cage around a gas meter outside the door.
Detective Sergeant Joseph said it was too early to know if the bomb was linked to recent incidents involving outlaw bikie clubs. See your ad here
